Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. Appointments canceled with 48 hours or more notice will incur no charge. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the service price. This policy applies whether the cancellation is initiated by the client or the service provider.
No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service price. Deposits required for certain services are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation made within policy guidelines, deposits may be credited toward a future appointment.
Clients are expected to arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After this time, the appointment may be rescheduled and subject to applicable fees.
